Custom Table for Music Hall Member's Club
Our Custom Grazing Platter installations are uniquely designed for you and your guests to be the centerpiece of your event to gather around and collectively enjoy. Your table will incorporate beautifully styled food which will include cilantro hummus (garnished with micros), avocado cilantro sauce (garnished with scallions) cucumber and carrot spears, camembert, prosciutto, salami, cheddar, cornichon, olives, dried apricot, black grapes, pistachio, artisan crackers, watermelon radish, strawberries, and blueberries.
Estimated no. of servings | Varies. Please specify below. Each platter serves 10, and includes an option for additional meat/cheese which will be served on the side for supplementation unless you instruct us otherwise….
Installation at Music Hall Member’s Club is typically beginning at approximately 5:00pm for set-up completion by 5:30pm. MH will supply plates, napkins, utensils, and serving utensils. Other details to be indicated on order sheet as needed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting payment of this product, you are accepting the guest count, as well as details of the table ingredients, design, delivery and schedule as described, and acknowledge the terms and conditions listed below.
CHANGE POLICY
This invoice amount reflects final guest count, confirmation of details, and delivery arrangements. Any changes to these details must be reviewed and approved by both you and PALETTE. Changes may result in adjustments to your final price which will be invoiced separately.
GUARANTEE OF NO. OF GUESTS (IF APPLICABLE)
If final guest count is not available at the time of this invoice, final guest counts are due no later than one week before the date of the event. An additional invoice will be submitted. If no final guest count is received, we will use the number of guests used in this invoice. If the guaranteed guest count falls below 75% of the proposal guest count, the price per guest may be increased. We will make every effort to accommodate any last minute increases in the guest count.
TABLEWARE
If PALETTE provides vessels, platters, pedestals, spoons, tongs, etc. for the tablescape. These items will be inventoried, and it is your responsibility to rinse them ONLY and carefully collect them in the crates provided. Unless otherwise agreed upon, PALETTE will retrieve these items from your venue the day after your event. Any losses or damage to display items will be charged separately. For a list of items and prices, please inquire. Unless otherwise noted in this invoice, PALETTE is not responsible for guest wares including plates, utensils, napkins, etc. PALETTE is happy to quote these items upon request.
ALLERGIES
Our food and beverage is prepared in a facility that uses dairy, coconut, wheat, fermented soy (miso), animal products, shellfish, and nuts. This means despite our incredible care and sanitization protocols we can not certify your food is 100% allergen-free. It is important to note your allergies (and their severity) with each order. We are required to note that consuming raw or undercooked eggs or dairy may increase your risk of food borne illnesses, particularly if you have certain medical conditions.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment of this invoice is considered payment-in-full unless changes to guest count, table design details, and delivery are made.
SAFETY & SANITIZATION
Table installations should be situated in a cool, shaded, and protected location, and must be consumed that same day. It is your responsibility to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours in accordance with food safety standards. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. PALETTE will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
SEASONALITY & AVAILABILITY
Your table is custom and made to order. No two are ever the same. The pictures shown on this invoice are for tables we created recently for a superstar just like you. Ingredients and garnishes are subject to seasonality and availability. Your produce and florals will be acquired just before your event to guarantee peak freshness, therefore we cannot guarantee all speciality items will be available including certain fruits, vegetables, and garnishes like edible flowers.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation notice within 21 days of the installation date will result in a full refund. Within 14 days, full refund less $250 cancellation fee. Notice within 7 days, will result in a credit for full price to be used on another date within 1-year of cancellation. Notice less than 7 days, no refund available. Due to the fresh and organic nature of our produce, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your installation, we must be informed within 1hr of the completion of installation so that we may arrange for replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required. Notification of these issues must be given by text message to us.
TAXES & ADDITIONAL FEES
Unless otherwise agreed upon, delivery and set-up fees are included in your table price. NH State Meals & Room Tax of 8.5% will be added to your order at checkout.
