Consider this your invitation to INDULGE all five senses. The foundation of this box features an assortment of berries, grapes, and a dipping jam. Did we add stuffed dates with almond butter? Yup. Did we pair it with local cheeses and artisanal crackers? YUP. Did we add chocolate just because we could? Yup. Do we have any regrets? Nope and neither should you.
This item is made to order. No two boxes are ever the same. The pictures shown are for a similar box that we created recently for a superstar just like you. What we’re trying to say is, we can’t guarantee that your box will look just like this one, but we can guarantee that it will be fresh, delicious, and real head-turner.
Please note a 48-Hour lead time is required on all PALETTE orders.

ALLERGIES
Our food and beverage is prepared in a facility that uses dairy, coconut, wheat, fermented soy (miso), animal products, shellfish, and nuts. This means despite our incredible care and sanitization protocols we can not certify your food is 100% allergen-free. It is important to note your allergies (and their severity) with each order. We are required to note that consuming raw or undercooked eggs or dairy may increase your risk of food borne illnesses, particularly if you have certain medical conditions.
SAFETY & SANITIZATION
Boxes should be refrigerated until served and then displayed in a cool, shaded, and protected location. For best quality, we suggest your box is consumed on the pick up or delivery date. It is your responsibility to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours in accordance with food safety standards. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. PALETTE will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
SEASONALITY & AVAILABILITY
Your box is custom and made to order. No two are ever the same. The pictures shown represent boxes we created recently for a superstar just like you. Ingredients and garnishes are subject to seasonality and availability. Your produce and garnishes will be acquired just before order date to guarantee peak freshness, therefore we cannot guarantee all speciality items will be available including certain fruits, vegetables, and garnishes like edible flowers. We reserve the right to make substitutions.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation notice no late than 2 days before pick up or delivery date will result in a full refund. Notice within 24-48hr, will result in a credit in full to be used on another date within 1-year of cancellation. Notice less than 24hr, no refund available. Due to the fresh and organic nature of our produce, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your box, we must be informed within 1hr so that we may arrange for replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required. Notification of these issues must be given by text message to us.
TAXES & ADDITIONAL FEES
Unless otherwise agreed upon, delivery fees (if applicable) and NH State Meals & Room Tax of 8.5% will be added to your order at checkout. Pick up at our kitchen at LANEY & LU Portsmouth, 360 US-1 BYP, Unit 104 is free of additional charges.
